Escape Live - Escape Room Chelmsford

We did escape the jungle escape room tonight and it was great, a real mixture of puzzles to solve. Thank you to Holly for fitting us in as a walk in and for the clues to help us. Would highly recommend☺️

We were looking for a fun yet challenging activity to enjoy with my two teenage daughters on a Saturday afternoon, and came across Escape Live on Google. After checking the information and availability on their website, I gave them a call to book “Escape the Jungle.” The booking process was straightforward and efficient—within just a few minutes, everything was confirmed and we were ready to go. Although it’s recommended to arrive 20 minutes before your booking time, we were running slightly late and found that 10 minutes was still plenty. On arrival, we were greeted by Elena, who was incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and informative. She gave us everything we needed to get started and made us feel at ease right away. Once inside the room, she provided our first clue and the challenge began. Working through the clues and riddles—figuring out the correct sequence of moves for each animal piece—was great fun and really engaging. After completing the first room, we discovered a key that led us into the second, where we tackled another set of puzzles before making our final escape. We managed to escape with 2 minutes and 42 seconds to spare, using 5 of the 6 clues available from the gamekeeper. All of us had a fantastic time, and we’ve already said we’ll be back to try the other two rooms Escape Live has to offer. A brilliant way to spend an hour—highly recommended!

We completed Escape the Jungle and Star Quest today and honestly loved both of them! They were so immersive and felt really well thought out - the themes were done brilliantly and the rooms looked amazing. It genuinely felt like stepping into another world!! We came as a group of four (two adults and two 16-year-olds) and it was perfect for all of us. The puzzles were challenging but still really fun, and there was a great mix of things to figure out so everyone could get involved. A special thank you to Elena, who was so helpful and welcoming from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience even better. We’d definitely go back again and try more rooms. Highly recommend! 🌟
