Komnata Escape room

We did the Doctor Frankenstein room. Really enjoyed this place, the games master was really nice and got us ready to go in, the room it self was really good. We did get a bit confused, but when we realised that we had skipped a few puzzles and opened a couple of puzzles without actually finding the clue for them then it all came into place. It was a tad dark in the room and at one point we had to move a puzzle to try and get it into some light, but it did create a nice atmosphere in the rooms. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend people to go and try it and we will definitely be going back to try their other rooms. Unfortunately I am giving it a 4 stars for a few reasons. When finished we didn't actually know we had completed the room, the man came in to Congratulate us which is the only reason we knew we had completed it. Whiles he was in the room at the end, I had a couple questions for him which he happily answered, but he started resetting the room while talking to us, which I felt was a little rude. Lastly there was no reveal of our time, I've done a few escape rooms before and there is either a clock in the room so we can see our time, or a Big reveal of our time when we finished. Unfortunately I had to ask how long we had left as we was about to leave and we was just told "about 3 minutes". We have a collection of photos from the other rooms we have completed with out time written on boards, and it's just a shame that we don't know the exact time we had left in here.

The room was one of the best rooms I tried in London, however the staff needs some improvement (Still they were extremely nice and welcoming): 1-We asked for a clue for 15 minutes without any response from our game master. 2-We got 10 minutes late, the staff told us they have strict 5 minutes rule during weekends, she was kind to offer us rescheduling for the next week at the same time, what annoyed me that we waited for almost 15 minutes for the team before us to finish their room!!, that makes wonder about applying those 5 minutes rule on every team.

Amazing staff and experience! Me and my boyfriend went to do sherlocked, ended up changing on spot to the murder mystery one, as I got a bit scared of being confined in a tight space. Absolutely amazing staff and the murder mystery room was so fun, and actually quite hard. I loved it and will definitely be back! Thank you again for letting us change the room last minute:)
